Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Stashshop cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
